Ce mémorial est constitué d’une plaque commémorative de bronze décorée tenant lieu de tableau d’honneur qui a été installée par les enseignants et les élèves de l’école secondaire supérieure North Toronto en l’honneur des anciens élèves de l’école qui ont servi pendant la Première Guerre mondiale et dont ils se souviennent avec reconnaissance.
