Aircraft (Lancaster bomber) – Windsor
Through the efforts of former Wing Commander Joe Mencel chairman of the Lancaster Memorial Committee, the “Lanc” was relocated from the Dunnville Storage Depot in 1964 and dedicated as a memorial on 4 July 1965 in honour of 398 local war dead (airmen) of the Royal Canadian Air Force during the Second World War. This memorial has been moved to an indoor facility for restoration. It was determined that the Lancaster could not withstand much more exposure to the elements before being completely destroyed.

Avion (bombardier Lancaster) – Windsor
