Inscription
[front/devant]
Memorial Heights
In proud
and grateful memory
of
the Ottawa’s
sons and daughters
who through all the years,
have answered their
country’s call
in the hour of need,
giving up their lives
in their own and alien lands
for a faith dearer to them
than life without freedom
