Royal Engineers Memorial Cairn
On November 19th, 1927, a memorial cairn was unveiled in New Westminster to honour the Royal Engineers. It was placed in front of the BC Penitentiary which can be seen in the background. It is now located in the roundabout on Governors Court, just west of the gatehouse building in the Fraserview development.

Tumulus commémoratif des Royal Engineers
Le 19 novembre 1927, un cairn commémoratif a été dévoilé à New Westminster en l’honneur du Royal Engineers. Il avait été placé devant le pénitencier de la Colombie-Britannique, que l’on voit en arrière-plan. Il est maintenant situé dans le carrefour giratoire, dans Governors Court, juste à l’ouest du poste de garde du lotissement Fraserview.
