Colonel J.D. Megill Trophy

This trophy was presented by Colonel J.D. Megill, CD, when he was Commandant Canadian Forces School of Military Engineering, and was originally awarded to the top students of the Phase IV Construction Engineering package. Retired in1995 due to cancellation of the common officer training, it was re-instituted in May 2000as the Top Student Award for Airfield Engineer Officer Phase III training.

Ce trophée a été remis par le colonel J.D. Megill , CD, lorsqu’il commandait l’École du génie militaire des Forces canadiennes. Il était attribué à l’origine aux meilleurs étudiants du cours de génie-construction de phase IV. Il a été retiré en 1995 par suite de l’annulation de la formation commune des officiers, puis remis en circulation en mai 2000; il est maintenant accordé au meilleur étudiant de la formation de phase III des officiers du génie de l’air.
