Col. Otter Park
This memorial is dedicated to the Queen’s Own Rifles and Lt. Col W.D. Otter. It was erected by the Queen’s Own Rifles and the Battleford Light Infantry. The sign outside the park indicates when the park was restored, naming Col Otter Park. There are several rifle pits that were fixed up to show defensive positions taken during the North West Rebellion. These rifle pits are about 1/2 km from Fort Battleford which is a national park.
