Transcona Cenotaph
This memorial, dedicated to the war dead of the First and Second World Wars and the Korean War, was the result of work accomplished by the town of Transcona during the year 1931. Originally unveiled on the corner of Oxford Street and Regent Avenue on 20 October 1931, the obelisk was moved to Memorial Circle Park by the town council in 1954.
